A working SPC flooring factory, not a trading office

MILAT's factory in Başpınar Organized Industrial Zone, Gaziantep, runs the complete production chain on its own lines: mixing the limestone-polymer compound, extruding the rigid core, laminating decor and wear layers, EIR embossing, UV curing and milling the licensed Unilin click profile. What ships from here was made here.

Compound and extrusion
Limestone, PVC and stabilisers are dosed to recipe and extruded into the rigid, 100% waterproof core that everything else is built on.
Lamination and EIR pressing
Decor film and wear layer are fused to the core, then embossed in register so texture follows the printed grain exactly.
UV finishing
A 2X UV-cured coat hardens instantly under lamps, sealing the surface against scuffs, stains and fade.
Click profiling
Plank edges are milled into the licensed Unilin click geometry — the tightest-tolerance station on the line.
In-line quality control
Thickness, adhesion, register, click fit and colour are checked during production, not just at the end, under ISO 9001.
Export packing
Batch-numbered cartons are palletised and documented for worldwide shipping, with FloorScore, ISO and CE papers prepared per order.
